EuroRAP Road Safety Atlas
The EuroRAP Road Safety Atlas is an innovative, consumer facing approach to improving road safety. The purpose is to raise awareness of national and regional differences in road infrastructure, in order to stimulate debate and drive up standards of road building and maintenance to a common high standard across Europe.
It will take the form of a European route map which shows the most dangerous (black) roads in each country and comments on the related road safety issues. It will also include a detailed map for each country to enable consumers to judge the safety standards on their own regular routes at a local level. |
